The long-awaited, highly anticipated, earth shattering return of Shawn "Reign Man" Kemp to the ranks of professional basketball (albeit Italian) has been cut short. In reality his return was cut short the last week of September, when Kemp decided to return to his home in Houston to check on possible damage from Hurrican Ike. For those of us that have followed Kemp's historic career, the reality has finally set in. It's over.
We're not angry though, we understand how much money it would cost an organization to offer Kemp and his 400 children health insurance options. I don't even think Barack Obama would touch "that one".
